Ok. I bought this website a few months ago. It is profitable, but you need to put some effort into advertising.

If you understand traffic exchanges than its pretty easy and cheap, but IF you have the time.
Id say I put in about 6 hours a day into the website for the first 3 weeks. And I am currently putting about 3-4 hours a day into it. Mostly making sure im always making a profit and spending money to advterise.

Currently I have it running on auto-pilot. It has 3 emails, 2 of which are sending auto-messages. and has full access to cPanel.

- I will show you proof of income, expenses, and anything else you want to know.

I know its not much information but im in a hurry to sell, have major family problems (health related) right now that are more important than work and running a website.

Im asking only $100 for the site. (you can make that back the first month,sometimes in 1 week.)

You will make more than $100 a month if you put the time into it.. As I said Ive made about $130 in a few days, but i spent $40 to make that ($170-$40=$130). I put a ad in the paper and bought 5 yard signs(strategically placed along roads), and bought 25,000 hits (which breaks down to 900-1200 unique visitors). theres no way of tracking which was most affective but it still worked.....

You also can sell adspace. There are Pay Per Impression, Pay Per Click, Pay Per Popup/PopUnder/ExitPop, and some others...

I made $3.00-$20.00 a day from 3 Text Ads/2 Banners/Google/Psuedo-Popup. Its a wide range because with traffic exchanges you have to view other websites to get credit for others to view your website.

Think about how this website runs..im sure he makes good money from that one simple ad rotation, it keeps the website up....

Its a hobby, you have to enjoy it...
