hey everyone, im not very car literate so if you all could help me, i am getting a bypass valve for my aem cai, and i was wondering what it will take to get it in. any cutting, etc? thanks
Originally posted by 96blkcoupe are directions on where this is going to be cut included when i get it, and what is the degree of difficulty, i might need someone to do this for me
its not hard and there are no directions on where to install it. The directions do say something about how not to mount it. can't recall what it says exactly though....
Originally posted by 96blkcoupe thats the thing, there is no break in my cai, it is all one piece, it kind of suprised me bc all the other aem cai's i have seen are two.
you'll have to make a cut. Read teh instructions and see how NOT to mount it. make the cut and you're good to go.
