I'm pretty sure since your ecu harness doesn't have the vtec-associated wires stock, you'll need to splice them in line. Honda-tech has what you need, try searching.

there are what...3 wires?

you hook them up to where they need to go, and run them to the ECU. one is a ground i believe, and the other 2 go directly to the ECU.

not sure of the pin locations, but they are easy as fuck to hook up!

search.. its been done like 3-4 times before.lol

a4 and d6 are the solenoid and pressure switch location on the ecu. solenoid is the one wire gray plug. the green plug has 2 wires ground the black one and send d6 to the other side. good luck

/\ what he said. Thats looking from the back of the plug not the front. They both should be empty and you need pins to pin back into the plug.

The P28 ECU plugs right in, you all you’ll need to do is wire the VTEC up. First, you’ll need to get an engine plug from a junkyard for the VTEC solenoid oil pressure.

You can see mine here, it’s big and yellow:

Here is what the back of your ECU plugs look like:

You’ll need to run the blue wire (or whichever color is from the plug) to pin D6, and then run the black ground wire from the plug to anywhere on the motor. You then need to run the green wire from the VTEC solenoid to pin A4.

THAT’S IT! YOU’RE FINISHED! Make sure you’re not throwing any CEL’s, if you are, go back and check your work.

My mini-me, fully complete:
