Why is it .... that EVERYONE always wants to make some sort of payment arrangment. Go to your fucking bank and get a loan. If your credit is that jacked up that you cant, means you didnt pay your bills in the past, why should some COMPLETE STRANGER selling their car go out on a limb for you and accept payments .... that your more than likely not going to make.
