To everyone with this question, the awnser is yes. ECU & Axles included.
You can come start up the car yourself & I will take you for a ride around the block since its not registered yet.
The motor & transmission are still in the Integra, so I can prove the Motor & trans, run & drive fine.

May consider trading for a nice set of rims, 15-17inch anything over 16 better be light. I have a set of ol skool 17inch Racing Hart C2's that wiegh less than my 15 inch rota circuit 8's did.
