Default crx problem

yo i got a crx with a ZC motor and its slower now than when it was stock... ain't much was done to it. jus a port and polished head, cam gears, lightened fly wheel, and clutch... that's about it and its slower now than when it was stock... can't figure out the problem... i don't think the fly wheel has anything to do with it but it might... its not much lighter than stock flywheel... can't figure it out... maybe something with the fuel i jus don't know

Porting a head can actually hurt perfomance if it is not done correctly.
