89 gmc injectors help

89 gmc injectors help
ok got 89 sierra 1500 have a problem with one of the injector. The one on the driver side sprays fine but the injector on the pass side drips then it will spray better once you give it gas but not a clean spray. Got some new injectors same thing. anyone had the same problem or can help me out lmk thanks

Could be the o-rings that seal the injector from the injector pod. They are easy to roll and pinch when you push the new injector into place.
(EDIT)- I failed to mention that you should use some transmission fluid to lubricate the o-rings when you go to replace the injector.
