i would go with the vtec head. you will get a lot better performance with that set up. with what you have now you are basically going with bolt ons like h/e/i. till you break down and start tearing into the engine. you can pnp and go with different cams. but you will waist more money on that then just swapping out the head. i think the stock b20b is about 150? hp but when you just bolt on a vtec head then you will get around 190-200 hp. i would go with the b16 head because there is so many different IMs you can use. i think the gsr head is better but just for IM on your behalf. there is so many different variables you can use but you might want to just search like crazy and see what others did and what it looks like in the long run. i think the guy at old one did a b20 build. maybe you should read that.

b20=high flow,bigger pistons(lower compression on b20b(befor 98)),more torque at low rpm,good for boost

A B20 not sleeved for boost? I realllly wouldn't recommend it. The sleeves are of a different material and weaker. Manufacturing on them are iffy as well; you may have success with one B20 block whereas you'll have failure on another.

The JDM B20B has 8.8:1, whereas the B20B4 and B20Z2 have 9.2:1 and 9.6:1 respectively, all of which are acceptable (the B20Z2 being ideal for any turbo build I like to do) for boost, though again I'd be concerned with the cylinders becoming out of round unless they are sleeved.

only if you want vtec. i don't think your motor will even run right without it.

I'd be more concerned with no PCV setup on the b20 before I was concerned by the 'sleeves being weak.'

Thats just me though

Price to add the PCV, perhaps $10. Price of sleeving, $500+. I'd consider and be concerned about the "need" for sleeves before a $10 modification. But, that's just me though.
