and with a second gear grind this car would fall under good or fair. So the book on it is under $5,000 not $7,000. This is a private party sale not a suggested retail value (is what you posted) also if you click private to get $7,000 the car would have to have 80k on it for that sale price.

yea not trying to be a dick, regardless all i wants a gsr or lsvtec turbo setup for my si, easily worth a running good dd car, and the 2nd gear grind will be fixed.

 

I never stated it wasn't a good trade, I just stated that $7,000 KBB was a lie. and sycromesh doesn't always fix a grind in a transmission. But most time it will depending on how bad it is.

Regardless 5% of pre-owned cars fall in the category of perfect. Most fall with GOOD condition which is $4,700.
