Pool table is wood bottom. Still in decent shape. 5 sticks and 2 sets of balls. $150. Air hockey table is setup like a real hockey rink where the goals are offset so that the puck can wrap around the boards behind the goal. $150 for that as well. Jackson guitar is a DX10FS. 24 fret with locking tremolo, dual humbucker pickups. $250 for that. All offers considered.

Pics are here! A lot of chalk and dust on there. But the felt is in good shape. The sides of the table are off right now so that's why you see the felt hanging down.
