Any CPAs or good referrals?

Was wondering on here is or knows a good CPA locally.

Looking for advice and service in the following areas

1) Setting up and accounting for several business entities
2) LLC vs S-Corp advice in various scenarios
3) Tax advice for Internet and home-based businesses
4) etc...

As you can see I just wanna paper chase and
not go to jail for missing tax stuff so lemme know.

Yo PM me and I will give you to a good one.

My dad has been doing this stuff for over 40 years and looks after multi-million dollar companies/millionairs to regular people and small businesses.
