idling problem with turbo
i have a 92 civic hatch with a h22a swap n 60-1 t3/t4 turbo. im using 440cc fuel injectors... no fuel management... car running at stock boost 4 pounds. the idle is at 2000 rpm which is high and then after driving for a little bit....the idle would drop down to 1000 rpm and the car wont pull as hard. man.... i just dont know. any help? thanx.

yoir gas mileage will go down and your peformance will decrease, too much fuel is a bad thing for making power and your definitely gonna be feeling a crazy drop in power out of boost and just driving around cause your drowning your shit in fuel.......

yea thats exactly wat my car is doing rite now...u think its too late....?... so just get a fmu or some kind of engine management shit....alrite thanks guys...

an fmu is not gonna control your injectors , it only controls fuel pressure when your in boost, you need to get at the least a vafc and take some fuel out of them injectors.........

wats the difference between a vafc and a safc....how bout a hondata..?....n if i get any electronics i diffnately need somebody to tune it for me...yo im sorry im a newbie in tuning cars....

a vafc is basically a safc with a vtec contoller. if you got some cash hondata would be a much better option. you can see if your ecu is compatible by going here. if you can, get the s200b and go find a good tuner.
