apt is on the peninsula..would be me, u and a friend of mine (both of us are females, she is 22 i am 21). i beleive rent is 350 or 360 a p[iece with everyhtign incl excpet phoen and cable. the apt is avail nov 12th. 3 BR 1200 spq ft 2 full baths..really nice area.

 

1050 for an apt a month.....fuck you can get the on the beach cheaper than that

curtis, hush urself . and nic, that includes all of ur utilities too..so it works out to liek 360 a person for everyhtign...pretty cheap if u ask me..and nice safe neighborhood - when i lived there before never had a problem with anyone or anything. Plenty of parking, numerous decent cars - nobody ever messed with either lightning (art and our roomie each had one). The apartments are huge too.
