To specify, I'm not looking for a DA, I have one. I'm looking for a circular, high speed, adjustable, polisher. Please forward me to where you have found one for under $13.

I have one, cost me more than 13 bucks tho... but I don't drink alcohol... 12 pack of Mtn Dew should cover it tho... or some vodka for my wife... I'll leave it up to you

my father started out with a chicago buffer from northern tools, i think it was about 25 bucks, he still has it, but i bought him a milwualkee high speed professional polisher for christmas at 250 dollars. haha i'd go check out northern tools if i were you
