Im like 95% sure there bolt pattern are the same. As far as stock bore im not sure. Might try to google "GSR throttle body stock bore" same for LS and compare.... as far as throttle cable goes should be the same

I agree that they are the same. I guess that the question is why are you asking? If you need one you can get an aftermarket one from Omni Power for under 200.00 or blox.

Or I used a 2000 honda oydessy tb..... bolts right up to b-series.. and is 62mm bore... not huge but as big as a jdm ITR throttle body I believe and i got it for cheap... also getting your stock on ported and polished is an option... but I would go with that.
