Question Coolant filter for diesel truck, anyone use one before?

Ordered (and had delivered) a coolant filter for my diesel F350. Truck is a 2005 and has about 130k miles on it, didn't drive it much last year. Anyways, planning to do a full coolant flush, install the filter, and fill it. Original capacity is 33 quarts of coolant.

Anyone used one of these before? Seen lots of pictures of dirty coolant filters and they seem highly recommended for diesel trucks over 100k miles, not necessary on gassers.
