Re: b20 ecu???
Grab an OBD1 (non VTEC) P74/P75/PR4/P06 and get it chipped/tuned.. No need to use an P28 because you don't need a VTEC output (which would need to be disabled during the tuning process anyway)..
You can't just use any B series ECU without chipping/tuning because of the differences in knock sensor, VTEC, displacement, and other engine differences like intake manifold. A tune for a SOHC obviously isn't going to work well for a DOHC VTEC, and obviously isn't going to work well for a non-VTEC engine, either.

Re: b20 ecu???
amd what others have forgot to mention if i read your post correctly your looking for a ecu to install in your 2000 crv correct ? thats a obd2b vehicle so you will also need to order a obd2b to obd1 ecu jumper harness on top of the obd1 ecu so everything will be plug and play

Re: b20 ecu???
Oh, just get one from a junkyard then, or someone on here might have one from a B20/VTEC swap. You should be able to find one for cheap because no one really does anything with CRV ECUs.
