FS/FT 2000 honda civic HB
mileage- 24x,xxx on Y7
asking price- $3,000 FIRM

Like the title states,i've got a 2000 honda civic hatchback for sale or trade. Its pretty clean inside and out. Has a fresh NHBP paint job from maaco(still have reciept),look really clean. The car is lowered on no name ebay coilovers and i also have brand new monroe struts to include(still have reciept). No longer has tach, took out in put in an ex cluster.took off aftermarket exhaust and replaced with new stock exhaust. Its a 5speed and has 24x,xxx miles on the original D16Y7.Doesnt smoke or burn any oil at all, runs extremely well for the mileage.Only mechanical problem is it has the common cold start surge, it stops after car warms up.Pretty sure the iacv just needs to be clean or replaced, quick easy fix. mainly for trade(honda, acura, nissan) but will sell if close to asking price.pm me if need more info

Maaco does decent paint jobs as long as your paying for them to do the work. If you pay cheap, you get cheap. If you bring it to them already prepped obviously it will be cheaper as you pay for mostly prep work and amount of coats and wetsanding, etc... Also a car does not need to be stripped to be given a decent paint job. If theres a solid base coat on it already then all that is needed is to be thoroughly scuffed and then cleaned of all dust and oils. I have had Maaco do paint for me before and yes it was cheap and they didnt even clear coat it and as of today the vehicle is now faded and starting to rust. Then again ive seen vehicles painted over insurance claims from maaco with insurance paying $1500 and up and they turned out decent. Then again not the best or perfect by any means but very drivable and to most people they would never recognize a difference in that and a $4000 paintjob at a well reputable shop that comes out with body lines perfect. Just sayin....
