A friend of mine and myself are looking for industrial space in the 757, anyone know of anything for rent? we are opening a shop up and are having trouble locating a place to open it.

look for stuff by lynnhaven mall (international, london bridge) or... in norfolk(look up east coast.. or ted lansing) get that address and check out around there....

 

Good luck on the internation/central/london bridge area..we looked for 6 months before we found something. Chk. by the other side of the mall on S.Lynnhaven I think they have some shop space over there next to Jimmy(Direct Performance). I know Military Hwy has some spots and lol...the old Xtreme spot. It's alot of work I went through roughly 10-12 area's before we found 1 that would take us.

there's a Montgomery Ward garage (i think that's what it is anyway...) next to Chesapeake Square Mall that's been empty for a LONG time... not sure if you wanted to do anythin out there, but hey it's a space

 

you'll get busted by the end of the month i'm sure. but more power to you. be safe. have more then two exits if you can. And keep it a 4 car minimum no need to run/show your spot to everyone and your neighbors mom.
