Where are you located? Big Al's in Yorktown will do it for like 30 bucks.

The recommendations I've heard are
Big Al's in the 13000 block of Warwick Blvd in NN if you aren't particular
Auto Muffler King on 5835 Jefferson Ave Newport News if you are particular.

Your car is going to suck if you do this. Major power loss and mpg's.

I got mine done at Big Al's just because I hated the horrible dual fart cans on the S2k. He charged me 30 bucks and even welded up 2 cracked welds on my resonator. It's nothing special, just crush bent piping, but it was cheap and it did the job.

If you want, PM Re_SpecGarage and talk to him. He makes his own exhausts all the time. Or I've got a single exit IP2 catback for an S2k I'll sell you for 150. Buy that, and just reweld of the twin loops from ur S2 on that piping. Hell, I'll even do the welding for you.
