Is price negotiabl? i hate it when people complain about my listing price but car needs more body work then the price you're asking for it

well i can fix the body i completly restored my old 1991 240sx this 96 is no problem.. i can give it a fresh paint job pull all the dents out and fix the tire and the clutch but the price will be around 3000 .. so u see i dont want to even touch it i want to sell it as is
