Default Yamaha Demo track day at VIR

I know this deals with bikes but it probably appeals to a broader audience.

NESBA is offering prospective customers in the bike market to test ride some of the new Yamaha's at VIR;

http://www.nesba.com/Info/YamahaDemo.htm

From their website, the bikes being offered are;
We will have the all-new 2009 YZF-R1, YZF-R6, FZ1, FZ6, WR250X, WR450(SuperMoto) and new FZ6R.

Do you have to have a license?
I'd be interested in the supermoto bike.

Although, I have a feelign they are out of my price range by alot.

KTM wanted close to 8500 for theirs. Yikes!

edit*. No bike licesen = no go for me.

I've been looking at bikes lately and the new R1 is on the short list. Cool technology, but wish they'd have used the Showa Big Piston Forks like Suzuki. Called AF1 about the new Aprilia RSV4, but it won't hit our shores until next Spring. Lots of cool bikes out.

at VIR last weekend, me and a friend watched what looked to be a bone stock 09 r1 with race fairings on it place third in the 1000cc class. the guy who won was a half lap ahead, and the guy in second was right in front of him. bike sounded great and deff looked like it performed rather well.
