Default Who can set up a Nissan rear end Correctly?

Im looking into swapping out gear's from the stock 3.69's to 4.10's designed by leader gears but made by richmond gears. Im looking for a shop who can do this install the correct way. If its done right there wont be any noise. Hince the reason I want a good machine shop or nissan shop that can do it right the first time. Dont want any head ache's just want to go fast lol. Any ways lets here what you have.

Seems like the feedback on tt.net is about 50/50 on these being installed correctly (no whine) from various shops around the US. I'd almost be willing to suck it up and ship it out to Greg Dupree's shop of choice. If you are looking local, I'd also consider some of the well respected domestic shops in VA as I'd bet the domestic guys swap out gears a lot more often than your average import "tuner" shop (just a guess though) and I doubt swapping gears in the Z diff is that much different than a lot of other cars. My dad has a shop in mind for his leader gear install (and Quaife LSD); I'll check who he is using.

Also, are your gears from the first Leader run, or one of the later batches?

I'd second a good domestic tuner, as gear swaps are more common place on the domestic side. Autosport in sterling did a good job installing the gears in my camaro, but I'm not sure if there around anymore though.
