car got wrecked some asshole pulled out infront of me when i was going 40mph i hit his rear quarter panel and spun him around 3 times :\ i'm a technician in newport news, va i've done all the work myself i was 2nd owner, i loved this car... but anyways, motor and tranny(5spd - clutch and throwout bearing replaced 2years ago) are in good shape about 160K on bottom end 80K on tranny and was very very well maintained! *forgot to mention a few things, it had a 16vT in it that i took out after it got wrecked and put the original 1.8l 8v back in which is shown in the pictures and the parts i listed ARE for the 1.8l 8v.and almost every part is less than a year old (i was gonna buy a beater rabbit and throw the 1.8l 8v in there that's why there's newer parts on it but this happened and now i'm prolly gonna buy a corrado or mk3 gti...oh yeah and it comes with a CLEAN TITLE!)

Replaced less than a year ago,
Head Gasket (yes head got resurfaced new valves installed cam followers, etc.)
*(also replaced every gasket when i rebuilt/installed head)
Oil Pump
Timing Belt
Toywagen A/C delete Pulley w/ belt
Camshaft (OEM)
TT Adjustable Cam Pulley (a little used and not installed on cam currently but will come with vehicle)
Waterpump
Upper/Lower Hose
Thermostat
Cap/Rotor Button/Wires/Plugs
Fuel Pump (Main and Secondary)
Fuel Filter
Oil Pressure Switch High/Low
TT Aluminum knock sensor (comes with digi2 chip but not installed in ECU)
Linkage Bushings all brand new
Alternator
Starter (older than a year but still in great condition)
Rear Shocks less than 6months ago from autozone
Front Suspension OEM needs new struts but not too bad just for my taste
NO A/C intalled but have the evaporator a/c compressor brackets etc. (R12)
OEM exhaust

Any questions please feel free to ask if you'd like to come by and look at it lemme know it's up at my shop waiting to be picked up by someone that might want to fix it (i am no bodywork man plus to me it's tainted so i'd rather sell it as a parts car or end up taking everything apart and parting it out & taking the rest to the crusher)

I'll probably end up parting it out but i just posted it today and i'd much rather get someone to buy it as a whole parts car cause if i yank the motor/tranny out i'll sell those for $400. i mean the heads rebuilt, bottom end runs strong and tranny has low miles! interior is pretty good shape too and i know a couple people that want the rear seats front seats and dash but they're all on hold unless i cant get a seller for the whole car. I had a guy on vortex IM me asking to buy it cause he's a body tech and said he can fix it in less than a day but he never got back to me so...we'll see i'll keep you informed through this thread though
