Default hey new with the TL

I heard about this site from my buddy watisJDM and decided to start up on here
So I just realized how bored I am since I have another day off of work so I thought that I would put the life of my TL into a thread.
It all started back in August of 2007. It looked stupid with the window tint it had, plus it was all scratched up.
I would post pictures of this, but I am limited to 10 pictures

First thing done was Fujita CAI
Woohoo intake wow, hell yeah not...
Woohoo! First place Acura Other at that car show haha!
Then I bought some wheels and new tint...

Then got some springs and dropped the 4x4..

Next on the list was to get exhaust, so I went with HKS with 2.5 inch piping all the way back..

Now I was realizing how ugly the amber in the headlights were looking and how my grill needed to be blacked out and also the part under the headlights. This was a long day haha..

To finish off the blacked out grille and headlights, I had to have another black part on the front end of my car, so that means a VIS carbon fiber hood was in store for me..

My front end still looked incomplete for some reason, so I got the OEM A-Spec lip kit, front, rear, and side skirts were put on and the mud flaps were removed and since my front bumper did not say "ACURA" like all the others, zack gave me an idea! So I called Chris and he made something for me...

Now I am thinking what else could I do without dropping a ton of money into it? I think purple! D2 that is...

I got bored with my 5zigens and bought some 18's! But I dont even use them really...

I believe that is all of the process, of course there are tons more pictures of just random shots of the car here and there.
Now this is how she sits as of today!

The final addition as of 1-14-09 is this...

Next on the list is either new wheels, or a BBK. Still have not decided as to what I should go with.

Hope you all enjoyed this long post!

Welcome. Car looks tight, other than the cf hood, but as long as you like it. This forum is pretty cool, a lot of laughs, just keep your sense of humor with you

I'm glad I was surprised by your ability to form complete sentences... Can't judge a book by it's cover (subject), I guess.

Those wheels look way too small for the car for some reason, and I don't like the hood in particular the way it sits now. I'd probably paint the sides of the hood, or paint the roof and trunk lid to match.

Car looks good, I would however ditch the wheels. You should browse around for ballinfizzle's tl.

Might give you some other wheel ideas.

I like the "other 18's" that you have in that one picture way better than the first set you had on there.

I like the blacked out grille, CF hood looks pretty cool, never see that on TL's

TL's are sweet rides, I like it.

I think you have/had it dropped WAY too much in that one picture... yikes!

The 5Zigens are sold and I have no done anything else to the car.
I did actually get a new sub for the trunk, just a 10" Avent in a Boston box. I love the krisp-ness of the bass.
Another note, I am trying to sell the car so if anyone has any questions, shoot me a PM

I use to work at Bojangles! Now I work with my brother doing lawncare and what not.

Nah its automatic

I have worked a lot from when i was 15-now. So 4 years, at 40 hours a week and having no bills up until the past like 6 months, you can save up plenty of money
