hi guys i havent been here in a longtime i have a couple of questions to u guys that now alot about cars i will like to find out i have a 92 civic hatch auto i will like to drop a DOHC ZC motor on it now my question is could i use my old ex tranny with this motor or wut would i have to do to make it work all the help i need will be apriciated thanks for ur time and effords

 

no a sohc tranny will not bolt up to a dohc engine if that is waht you are asking .

 

hahaha well the ZC its a single cam block with A DOHC head so i will like to no if i could get the auto tranny on the 5 speed motor thanks for ur INFO ok but i wanst asking that i noe for a fact that a b16 b18 b17 will not fit a single cam tranny but a 88 or 89 D16 dohc motor
