what is vtir?

 

Its a Civic in japan thats basically a base model SI-R G its a hatchback and comes with a B16 but its the basic interior with no airbags no cd player and plain looking seats. Has those weird bumpers everyone always want to buy with the center black modlings just look up Civic VTI
