WTB: 2001 Bumper for Dodge Stratus

I got a friend in need of a 2001 bumper for a Dodge Stratus. It can be stock or aftermarket. So if anyone has an extra laying around or knows where I can get one please let me know.
We tried calling all the junk yards between Va Beach and Newport News and no one has it. U-Wrench it never picks up there phone so they were no help.
