Default any place that rents LM-2 wideband or similar?

Is there any place in the peninsula where I can rent an LM-2 wideband or similar plug and go wideband O2?

Not even trying to be funny but why not use a dyno and their wideband?

A dyno was used for full throttle and some cruising/idle, but as far as fine tuning everything else goes (mixture is quite variable - is set for each manifold vacuum within 0.1 bar at each rpm within 250rpms, in addition to an overall metering plate) the dyno shop suggested (and I agree) that the best way is to do it with real world driving.

Ah, I thought maybe you were going to do some WOT pulls and all that BS on the skreets.

Sorry, can't help ya. My wideband is stuck in my car.

No, I just want to work on my cold-start warm-up map and then cruising at certain speeds and regular acceleration around town.

I'm thinking about doing a permanent setup. Would make it a lot easier to account for changes in temperature. What setup did you go with?

I purchased the AEM Wideband about 3 years ago and I've used it on every setup I've had. It's pretty accurate with what my tuner uses.

I don't have it setup for datalogging, I want to though. For now, it just reads what it reads and I adjust part throttle from there.

or use a load based dyno... I load our mustang dyno to 5 and sometimes 10% to tune part throttle...

Are you going with something that runs closed loop? Generally, when tuning part throttle, I aim for around 14.0 during steady RPM loads (cruising) and make sure when doing "stop light to stoplight" runs the AF isnt too far off... then I allow the o2 sensor to make up to 25% change at anything less than 8"....

Closed loop? Car don't got no O2 sensors...hence the very adjustable control pressure regulator. They did cruise at 60, but to set every speed with this setup they'd have to cruise at a bunch of different speeds (every 250rpm has its own control pressure map).

what are you using to tune the car? I'd like to take a peek at this.

www.unwiredtools.com.

The one I have is the UTCIS-PT. It only works with Bosch CIS K-Jetronic injection.
Give me some free dyno time and I'll let you see it in person

Speaking of which, is there a reason you guys recommend BP 93 octane and not a top tier fuel like Shell or Chevron/Texaco?
