I think your only option is RPM. They are like the best shop in VA. Unfotunatley they are located in richmound.

Don't do it.
If you want maximum respect on these streets you need to spend that money making your stock Civic look even more like a stock Civic but impractically low. If it's your daily driver and you're not breaking something at least once a week then you're not low enough.
