Interesting swap, but it isn't doing anything for the weight distribution. Given the choice of domestic V8s I'd rather stuff an overhead cam Ford engine in there, but that's just my bias for overhead cam setups. Sooner or later Honda will put out a production V8 and then everyone will stop having stupid arguments about blasphemy. I don't buy into blasphemy, I'm just not a fan of going backwards in engine technology.

 

I remember back in the mid 90s seeing a Geo Storm in Hot Rod magazine with a V8 and Weiand blower sticking out from under the hood. The hood was actually 2 strips of metal maybe 8 inches wide each, because that's all the area that was left once the blower fit. I'd imagine your mental picture would look something like that.
