Ok...there were two guys in an older honda civic riding aroun the kempsville area around 10:30 tonite. The car had a sunroof, and one of them had their hand through the sunroof, and had two laser pointer things(one red, one blue) flahing in their hands. It seemed as if they were following a car pretending like they were the police or something. Just wanted to know what they were doing, and i figured they may check this place out...because they had a muffler.

when they finnaly caught up to me when i was @ a red light, they stopped the homo tailgating shit. but they had a staring problem. but whatever. fuck em.
