Downloadable Degree Wheel
I just ordered my adjustable cam gear for my 22re and in the meantime just drew up a degree wheel on AutoCAD. When printed, if you fit it to a 8.5x11 letter size sheet it should come up to about 8". I made this because I couldn't find any good enough pics to use online and am not paying what they cost to buy. I will be getting mine laser cut out of aluminum tomorrow at work. If anyone has any suggestions to improve it let me know. Hope it helps somebody:
Hopefully it didn't get too messed up in conversion...

You should print to PDF and it will save in vector format. Then it can be scaled up or down with no difference is resolution and no pixelation.

Re: Downloadable Degree Wheel
Well, usually $200 an hour, but lasers are pretty fast. Usually the outside diameter and center hole would be cut, and the rest (legends, tick marks) would be engraved/ablated if the laser is capable of doing that. The legends and ticks take a while because of the transport time between everything and the sheer amount of linear length when you add them all up. So at $200 an hour, it still won't take very long because of the fast cutting speed. This all depends on the age of the laser, because newer more powerful lasers can travel faster and have more cutting power than older ones. Just like all machine tools, it depends on age and model.

Yeah, the price completely depends on the shop and the laser. $200 an hour is a good average though, some shops will be much more and some much less.
