is the lower marked .223/5.56 or not marked with a caliber? price of the complete lower?
to add to this statement the upper can only be used on a pistol marked lower without the proper atf approval and tax stamp for a SBR (short barreled rifle). without approval and tax stamp the upper cannot be placed on a rifle lower and cannot be carried, placed, or stored in the same physical location as a rifle lower, even while waiting for the SBR paperwork to be approved.
However if you purchase them both thats fine. Just cant sell a SBR outright.
