Default Tenzo R suspension?

A friend of mine just gave me a set of Tenzo R adjustable coilovers for my integra, but after looking at the reviews, I'm not so sure I want to put them on there. Is there anything positive about them?

If not, any suggestions on a good yet cheap (if that is even possible) suspension to get? I'm not looking really for performance suspension, just something to lower the car and not give it a bouncy ride. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Shocks are not with them, would I be okay with decent shocks and keep these? And I have no idea what the spring rate is, how do I find out? The paperwork with the coilovers basically just says how to install them. Sorry for my lack of knowledge lol

Get some decent shocks and you'll be fine. The spring rate isn't going to be very different than most other products on the market for your car.

Need more damping then. High spring rates will make the ride harsh, but they still won't be bouncy unless the dampers are unable to properly damp them. Well, unless of course the front and rear spring rate are too close to each other, and then the car will want to oscillate back and forth.
