Default Squeel coming from engine bay.

Ok,so.I get home from driving around earlier and i hear this squeel coming from the engine bay.It doesn't happen when the clutch is half in,but happens when its all the way to the floor or all the way out. What could this be?Also,it continues after i turn the car off for a second.

sounds like throw out bearing...but with it doing it after cars cut off ...could be electric fan motor going bad

Does it do it when the car is completely off? As in engine dead, or as you turn it off and the engine dies?
