Vtwin literbike, 14,xxx miles, Tigcraft exhaust(loud!), chip, and assorted carbon fiber. MADE IN ITALY!
This is mostly a feeler, since I really dont want to sell it. I have a bad shoulder from a wreck on an old bike, and this isnt the most friendly bike for someone with that condition. I still love to ride it, but dont do so enough to justify the expense of keeping it.
I'd just like to see what I can get in exchange for it. I would love a more upright bike, but am also partial to E30s, E36 M3s, Miatas, or any other interesting car I can get. The bike is worth about $6500 to me, so dont offer a $2000 car unless you want to make up the difference in cash. I'll also sell it outright for that price if anybody is interested.

At the risk of spoiling a potential sale, no it wouldnt be a great first bike except for a very MATURE rider.
The vtwin powerband is very linear like a V8, where typical sportbikes have very peaky "honda like" powerbands.
It has 2 new tires on it that I'm still getting used to. They are much softer than the old ones, and thus much slower turning and more stable feeling. As far as forgiving, that depends on how big of a mistake you make. It is definitely more beginner "friendly" than a 2009 600.
