instrument cluster lights not working

Default instrument cluster lights not working
93 del sol si
jdm del sol VTEC cluster lights dont work
SEL light works, E brake light works, headlights work, hi beams work, tail lights work, blinkers work, dome lights work but no gauge cluster (speedo and tach)
it worked fine yesterday now it dont work i checked every 10 fuse i found in the fuse box and they are all good i need help

Have you actually looked for the correct fuse, instead of just looking for ones that are marked "10"?

i googled a diagram of the fuse box in the car and looked at where the instrument cluster fuse was and i pulled that one out and it was fine
