my roomate got locked up at a concert in va beach last night and I cant figure out where he would be or when hes getting out or any info. ive heard of a website you can go to to search for people in jail, and what charges they have, can anyone point me in the right direction? google is not helping

 

id start by looking or thinking about what area he was in the figure out what county thats in and look on google and get the non emergency number and ask them the number for the local jail.. as far as a site to see who's in jail i dont think there is one.. there is a site that you can look at peoples public records though hope this helps

i called and they said they had him on charges of not showing id or something weird, still tryin to find internet info

 

and whatever charge that is, its a $2500 bail

 

ya a 2500 bail is 250 dollars its 10 percent of the actual bond just call a bonds person make sure u tell them u have been employed at least a year at the same job cause some bond people will not come if you are not employed or havent worked the same job for a year.. its a dont as dont tell policy really

 

fuck that. im not the one that got arrested, he did and he can pay for it. but some of our household bills are in his name, so I wanna get ahold of him so our shit dont get shut off. im not payin his shit, he can sit until his court date. i just wanted to know exact charges to see when he could get out.

 

cant really bail your own self out of jail someone has to but some friends are willing to do that some are'nt i suppose just letting ya know if he was arrested usally with in a couple days he can go infront of the judge for pretrial

 

why not pay his small bail and have him pay you back.. glad you seem to be a good "friend" to him
