First off, know that I have gone to a forum and tried to delete everything, and then resync and add the firmware. It still will not work. I have two, the first gen 30g and the new 80g that are both fucked!

I need these damn things working, deployment is coming up soon.

If anyone local could possibly help I would appreciate it. I will get my charger tomorrow so that I can retry it and post what exactly they are saying.
