rooms for rent - kempsville
I have 2 Rooms for Rent.
$550/mo All Utilities w/ Internet
1 room available immediately
I try to keep a decently clean house, I do throw a party at least once in a while. I work full time as a civilian contractor and goto school full time. Im rarely home unless to sleep. The bedroom that is available right now is furnished (Queen bed and dresser) but can be taken out if you have your own. Ill post pics up as soon as I find my camera. No heavy smokers and none in the house. Also no cats/dogs.

and it might be just my screen but that view makes the house look very small, its not. Do a overhead view.

Justify $550/month? I guess out in Danville $550 a month will buy you an entire double wide, but around here $550 a month isn't bad. Especially to be living in a house instead of an apartment.
Not to mention the fact that you get to live with Dan. That alone is worth the $550.
