Room for Rent in Va Beach
In the Cypress point area of Virginia Beach. I am moving out September 4th, and am trying to help my roommate find a replacement. He is 38 years old, and is well into his career so hes not looking for any slobs, but is very easy going and is an extremely cool guy, as many of the members of this site can attest to because theyve met him. The room is 10ft X 13ft, the house is fully furnish, including a wide screen 42" tv with cable. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is on a dead end. You also get a parking space in the driveway.
Rent would be $650/month which will include everythings (flat rate)
He has a 2 year old daughter that he gets every other weekend, and every wednesday. He works long hours so most times, the house will be yours.
I have lived here almost 3 years, and have enjoyed it very much, and have gotten along great with him and the neighbors.
