I got a hid kit wit no bulbs, i bought em like that, Says he had em in his 94 integra also said it came out of a coupe which 1 idk..But i bought a new 1 with bulbs so no need for this 1 cuz it wont work on my Integra DA so. But i do believe its high/low beam
