soooo for those of you who know, my car got into a little accident. a tow truck towed my car (I CALLED THEM) and the back strap came off and my car slid into the front of the bed. they "fixed" it

WTF did you fix? the hood is painted soooo damn shitty. bubbles, dirt, sanded spots, un painted spots.
i told them i wanted to file a claim and want their insurence name and policy number. they wont give it to me. so im sueing

i have been to their location and was looking at buying a tow truck that they had just painted....well needless to say i think they painted it in the middle of the gravel area out back...

i just laughed and went about my business elsewhere...

 

should have honestly called the cops when they would not have given you the info...
