That is the dumest thing in the world. From what I know about e-bay since the actuion ended and he was the winner, if he has the money they owe him the car, and he can sue them for that.

hes taking it to court is was on some news internet site... crazy and as he lives in az the dealer will have to pay the court costs.. from ebay regs u can delete the object for sale before it ends but not after...

 

This topic is on probably 75% of the english speaking forums on the internet. He's probably more famous than Bubb Rubb now.

The dealership is supposedly getting over 150 calls per day from all of the world, and someone people have stepped up calling the main office in Japan. It's just going to get bigger and bigger. I dunno if they will ever honor the price but that dealership is getting hit hard.

 

assholes. that kind of thing makes me sick. i know e-bay can be a ruthless place (being outbid in the last few seconds of an auction) but that was just plain unexcuseable. i hope they get mail bombed...
