16" Tires or cheap rims with tires (5x114.3)

Need two tires two pass inspection either 205 55 16 or 225 50 16's will do. That or a set of 5x 114.3 steelies or anything with decent tires will work. Have a laptop a samsung delve some turbo parts and some other stuff to trade as well for wheels & tires. lmk what you have.
