Room-Mate wanted - Yorktown
Location: Four Seasons Apartments off of Rt 134 (Hampton Highway/Magruder) Near the Hampton border
Rent: $300 or $450 depending on which room you opt for. The larger has its own bathroom and second closet. The first is small. If you follow THIS link and look at the three bedroom floor plan, its between Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3.
Other Stipulations - No drugs. Smoking outside and you must apply for a credit check ($45 I believe) and pass in order to be put on the lease. No drama queens and no couples. Pets are allowed but 25lb max with a $300 deposit.
About Us - Were two professional males who pay our bills on time. Not dirty but not neat freaks either. I'm usually out of here in the morning by 7:30, the other room-mate by 7. Don't mind parties but not on a weekly basis. Always have beer in the fridge and you're welcome to it as long as you don't constantly mooch.
Amenities - Place is pretty much completely furnished with a big screen T.V., couch, surround sound, xbox 360, tons of games/movies, kitchen table, plates/glasses, etc. Place has a community pool and tennis court. Neighbors are absoltely superb and parking is ample with no controlled spaces. Also has other stuff like dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge. We don't have a washer/dryer but there is a laundry facility within 50yrds (within the complex). We're on the back side of the complex near the woods, so you can't see or hear magruder.

Hmm I may consider this.....
I see that it is a three bedroom apartment, and that there are two bedrooms available, and two dudes living there..... so umm, are you two sharing a room? (not judging)
