basically im trying to find out what my compression is going to be in my stock b16a block and head, with ctr pistons overbored.25, i want to get up to (or close to) 11.8 to 1, i am probably going to run a mugen 1 layer headgasket,

eveyrhting is stock, what is my compression going to be with stock headgasket and mugen. (raise .3 basically)

cspeed says 11.5 with mugen
i think this is wrong, becuase they say its the same as b16b, which i believe is different

there's no differnce in the block..its goin to be 11.5 max with the headgasket

 

well correct me if i am wrong over borind drops your compression

 

you are correct overboring does drop compression but not very much at all, 11.5 to maybe 11.444

compression is kinda a moot point. it changes once the motor starts rotating and cams come into play. which is also why a motor pings at one RPM and not another. if it was the same compression/combustion pressure it should ping at every rpm point right? (rhetorical question)
