bump for fellow ford man. i've got a 99 P.S. with 150,000 miles and wouldnt take a penny less than 20k. (i've got a lot in it.)

also...dont forget the fact that a new one like this is around $50k, so me personally i dont think too much about the kbb. (also we've got the tried and true 7.3.)....
