Front Fiberglass Bumper Install
Just bought a replacement because mine got shit on by the DC roads. So i raised my car and now want to put it on, it doesnt fit on exactly looks as though it needs a few minor cuts. Called a few peope and they give outrageous estimates. I could probably do it myself but i aint steady so if theres a cheaper alternative or i should say reasonable please let me know.
p.s. you guys were right raising the car wasnt that hard

Re: Front Fiberglass Bumper Install
I have gone thru 3 repairs on my fiberglass (FPR) front bumper, the fitment it always going to be slightly off, the price is going to be outrageous since it takes a good amount of time to make the fitment perfect. I highly recommend D&V autobody out in sterling.

Re: Front Fiberglass Bumper Install
The bumper is too wide, the part where it connects to where the fenders are sticks out quite a bit. I took the lights off and thats an issue.
A shop will be able to fix that?

Re: Front Fiberglass Bumper Install
first, return that piece of shit bumper. It's not worth the money to fix it and it's butt ugle. The quality is shit for it to be that fucking far off. Next time go through a real company for body parts, not ebay.
It needs more added under the lights to lose the gap, and the whole thing needs to be shaved to fit and the bumper will prob need to be cut in half, remove an inchor whatever is needed, and put back together. NOT WORTH IT for that ugly thing.
